Existing computing and communications facilities at Guigné Labs will be enhanced with multimedia capability and fiber optics installed for access into the Newfoundland Telephone network where interconnection to the national network and the various digital services are available. Software will be developed and installed in the computing system to provide the required management and administrative tools. Testing will be carried out between Guigné Labs and several of Guigné's offshore partners to determine the effectiveness of the hardware and software to improve the operations of the business
